Marketing Director

Position: Marketing Director
Location: 175 S Bloomingdale Rd., Bloomingdale, IL 60108
Salary: $129,917.00/year

Duties:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote mobile plans, devices, and value-added services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning
• Analyze subscriber behavior to refine targeting, segmentation, and growth strategies
• Lead product marketing initiatives, including launches for smartphones, accessories, and service plans
• Define and communicate value propositions across prepaid, postpaid, and enterprise segments
• Promote key offerings such as 5G, roaming, unlimited data, and family plans
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, SMS, and email
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop high-performing advertising and promotional content
• Oversee campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and major sales events (e.g., Black Friday)
• Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, promotional offers, and bundled services
• Develop and implement retention strategies including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and upgrade offers
• Monitor churn rates and implement strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value
• Collaborate with OEM partners (e.g., Apple, Samsung) and retailers on co-marketing initiatives
• Support in-store and online sales channels with tailored marketing materials and sales enablement tools
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, paid media, social advertising, and app store optimization
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (CAC, ARPU, ROAS) to evaluate campaign success
• Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to optimize marketing performance
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and channels
• Monitor customer sentiment and brand perception through surveys, reviews, and social listening
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize return on investment
• Prepare and present performance reports to leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, customer service, and IT teams
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory requirements in coordination with compliance teams
• Travel approximately 10% to various locations across the United States


Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a related role
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Strategic growth and marketing positioning
• Campaign leadership and flagship event execution
• Digital engagement and brand reputation development
